So you like to keep your options open; well so do we. You can select and deselect both countries and cities as favorites. Tap on the globe icon and tap on the star for the location you want to mark as favorite and to remove the same location tap on the orange star and it will be removed. Voila..!!

So you like to keep your options open; well so do we. Simply tap on Preferences, tap on the "Preferences" icon, select the Advanced options tab, and click on Split Tunneling. You can further select Allow only selected apps to use VPN. Once selected, the app will be visible under the Selected Apps tab. Voila!

Where there’s a will, there’s a way... That’s what we always say. To overcome connection issues, try some simple troubleshooting below:

1. Switch between protocol options in the app (UDP/IKEv2/WireGuard).
2. Connect DarkMatterVPN using the "Recommended Server" option.
3. Why stay in one place? Select a new country or city option to resolve the issue.
4. We all need a fresh start sometimes!! Try logging out from the DarkMatterVPN application & log back in to connect.

No "Tech Gurus" needed for this one, as we've made it quite easy.

1. Open the left panel and click on the "Preferences" icon to select the "Advanced" tab.
2. Turn off "Automatic" to change your protocol selection.
3. Select your preferred protocol from the given list.

We turned this challenge into a "Cakewalk". Here is what you need to do:

1. In the side pane, select "Locations".
2. Select the "Filter" icon on the top right side of the app.
3. Within the pop-up, tick "P2P Supported".

A number of factors can affect the connection speed; please try the following steps one by one:

1. Select the "Fastest Server" option in the DarkMatterVPN application to get the best speed.
2. Switching protocols is a good idea to overcome speed related concerns. (UDP/IKEv2/WireGuard)

If you want to get a little more particular with your location selection, simply tap the globe icon on the right side of the DarkMatterVPN panel and tap the arrow icon provided beside locations. A list of cities will be displayed. Tap on your desired city to connect or type your desired city in the search box.

Not that we would advise you to, but if that is what you really want, simply click on "Profile" from the left panel of the DarkMatterVPN App and click "Logout".

Easier done than said. Click the globe icon on the right side of the DarkMatterVPN panel. To sort locations alphabetically or by popularity, click the sorting icon from the top right. You will now see the options to sort alphabetically or by popularity.
