To overcome connection issues, try some simple troubleshooting below:

1. Switch between protocol options in the app (UDP/IKEv2/WireGuard).
2. Connect to DarkMatterVPN using the "Recommended Server" option.
3. Select a new country to resolve the issue.
4. Try logging out from the DarkMatterVPN application & log in again to connect.

1. Open the side menu and click on the "Preferences" icon to select the "Protocol" tab.
2. Turn off "Automatic" to change your protocol selection.
3. Select your preferred protocol from the given list.

A number of factors can affect the connection speed; please try the following steps:

1. Select the "Recommended Server" option in the DarkMatterVPN application.
2. Switch protocol (UDP/IKEv2/WireGuard) to overcome speed related concerns.
3. If it still does not work, email us your speed test results at [email protected] or contact live chat support.

5. Click the Connect button to establish a secure VPN connection.

Log in to your account on our website and go to account settings or subscription section to change your plan.

Go to "Account Details" from the left panel of the DarkMatterVPN App and click on "Logout".

Click the side menu and go to the location screen. Click the sorting icon in the top right to choose your sorting option.
